Stalwards make it Four Decades Playing for Blairgowrie Rugby Club
Having not played a competitive match since 12th December the Blairgowrie senior squad welcomed a return to league action when they travelled to Montrose on Saturday 23rd Jan for their Scottish Hydro Electric Caledonia League Division II match. Despite having beaten Montrose fairly comfortably earlier in the season Blairgowrie knew that this would be a difficult game having not played for over 6 weeks. Read full report here...

Rugby Players Brave the Elements for Boxing Day Runabout
Despite the wintry conditions and at least 4 inches of snow covering the pitches at the J J Coupar Park over 30 players braved the elements for a mini touch rugby completion on Boxing Day. Saturday 28th Nov 09, Blairgowrie RFC played hosts to Crieff & Strathearn RFC in the first round of the Scottish Hydro Electric Regional Bowl competition. Saturday 24 Oct 09, Blairgowrie traveled to Clackmannanshire for their Scottish Hydro Electric Caledonia League match against Alloa RFC. Blairgowrie started the game with commitment with good breaks by Ryan Walker and Fraser Bissett early in the match but it was the home side who went into an early lead, read full report here...
