Rams At Panmure
Blairgowrie Rams P4/5 & P6/7 travelled to Panmure in Dundee for a rugby tournament on Sunday 25th of October and came back winners.

This was the start that we were looking for with good tackling from Myles Reed, Rob Alexander, Hamish Allen and Robbie Smith. There was excellent running as well from Myles Reed, Scott Fairington and Robbie Smith. Tries came from Myles Reed 3, Rob Alexander 1 and Robbie Smith 1
Blairgowrie Rams 2 Panmure Panthers 3
This was a very hard game with good defending from Robbie Smith, Rob Alexander, and Myles Reed. When we got the ball there was good running with the ball and support play from Robbie Smith, Scott Fairington and Myles Reed. Try scorers were Jack Michalak and Robbie Smith.
Blairgowrie Rams 0 Carnoustie 2
This was going to be our hardest game as it was 6 aside games and we had no subs to put on to gives players a rest. We came out and played excellent rugby, the boys put in good tackles and stopped Carnoustie running away with the game. Again Myles Reed showing the way how Blairgowrie rams can play rugby.

Blairgowrie Rams 5 Arbroath 0
In there First game Against Arbroath, the Rams played very well and with good support play and defending from Callum Blanche, Fin Allan and James McCaig, William Campbell and Scott Gordon standing out. The tries go to John McLaren 2 Cameron Smith 2 and Murray Smith 1.
Blairgowrie Rams 4 Panmure Panthers 1
The second game went the same way with good attacking rugby with support play from James McCaig, Finlay Robertson and Scott Gordon. With good team work the tries came from John McLaren 2 and Cameron Smith 2.
Blairgowrie Rams 4 Carnoustie 1
The last game in the group The Rams played there best game, there was fine runs from James McCaig, Scott Gordon and Rob Davie. Callum Blanche was outstanding as hooker winning most of the scrums against the head. The tries came from John McLaren 2, Cameron Smith 1 and Murray Smith 1.
Blairgowrie Rams 4 Madras 2
As Blairgowrie Rams won there group they were going to played Madras in the final, this was going to be a hard game, as Madras scored first. The Rams heads didn’t go down and with good play John McLaren ran in for a try. Madras came back with good rugby and scored again, but again The Rams Fighting spirit was immense and James McCaig scored a try to level the game. In the final 2 minutes Cameron Smith scored after a great solo run and just before the whistle Fin Allan powered over to make the score 4 tries to 2 in The Rams favour.
This made The Blairgowrie Rams P6/7 winners of there age group. As both teams points go together to get the overall winners The Blairgowrie Rams came in second with Panmure Panthers winning over all.
